The west wing of 26 Warerford Bridge Road houses a separate 1 bedroom apartment which also adjoins a second bedroom (to make up a 2 bedroom/2 bath if required). The main floor has an vestibule with a door going into the garden as well as a door leading into Compton House. As you enter the apartment, there is a fully equiped kitchen / living area with fridge, stove, cabinets with counter and sink, table, sofabed, desk and cable TV/VCR/DVD.  All dishes, cutlery and kitchen equipment are supplied for guests. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and chest, a second cable TV and a full bathroom. This apartment is leased for the current year so is not avilable for monthly rentals at this time.
