Rates quoted are double occupancy. Single occupancy rates at $10 less per night. Triple occupancy rates are $25 extra per night (maximum of 3 persons per room). Taxes of 13% HST and 3% City Accommodations Tax are not included in rates. |

We accept cash as well as all major Credit Cards
We require 2 days notice of cancellation in low season (October - May) and 2 weeks notice of cancellation in high season (June - September). There is no charge for cancellations outside this period. For late cancellations, 1/2 cost of total stay will be charged to the credit card. For no shows, entire cost of stay will be charged to the credit card.
